You're not broken. You may be caught in a pattern.
If you feel stuck in the same patterns, anxious without knowing why, or disconnected from yourself — this isn't a mindset problem. It's stored in your nervous system. And it can be released.
I work with the nervous system to create real, lasting change — not just surface-level relief. Whether you're ready for deep 1:1 work or want to start with a free challenge, there's a place for you here.
You might understand your patterns intellectually, but still find yourself:
Overthinking and struggling to feel safe enough to relax.
Questioning your worth or feeling that you're never enough.
Repeating familiar patterns in relationships or your career.
Feeling stuck, even when you're trying hard to change.
Sometimes, you know exactly what you want to change, but you still find yourself falling into the same patterns.
You might understand why you feel anxious, why you struggle with self-worth, or why certain situations keep repeating in your life — yet knowing isn't always enough to create change.
This is where my work begins.
Using kinesiology to explore the subconscious mind, I help you uncover limiting beliefs, underlying emotional patterns and the core beliefs that may be influencing how you think, feel and respond to life.
Together, we explore what may be keeping these patterns in place, bringing awareness to what no longer serves you and creating space for new ways of thinking, feeling and relating to yourself.
Because lasting change isn't always about pushing harder or trying to fix yourself. Sometimes, it's about understanding the patterns beneath the surface and learning a different way forward.
You don't have to keep repeating a pattern just because it's familiar.

No pressure. Just a conversation.
When I was 11, I was diagnosed with scoliosis.
For two years, I wore a plastic back brace almost 24 hours a day. I could only take it off to shower, and I wasn't allowed to participate in PE at school — something that was especially difficult because I loved playing netball and hockey.
But looking back, it wasn't just about my spine. It was also about how I began to see myself.
I felt different. I felt restricted. And somewhere along the way, I started to feel like my body was something I had to fight against.
As I grew older, I became curious about why we experience things the way we do, why certain feelings stay with us, and why we can understand something logically yet still find ourselves repeating the same patterns.
My journey took me to Bali, where I discovered yoga, and eventually to India to complete my yoga teacher training. Through meditation, yin yoga and later kinesiology, I began exploring the connection between the body, the mind and the subconscious beliefs we carry.
I started looking beyond what I could see on the surface and becoming curious about what might be happening underneath — the beliefs, emotions and familiar responses that can shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
That curiosity changed the direction of my life and the work I do today.
Now, I help people explore the subconscious patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck, whether that's in their relationship with themselves, their relationships with others, their career or the way they respond to life's challenges.
Because sometimes, the question isn't simply, "How do I change this?"
It's "What have I come to believe about myself, and how is that belief shaping the way I live?"
And that's where a different kind of change can begin.
